Why families come to Kithward

No agenda pushed on you

The coordinator holds the structure, not the outcome. What gets agreed comes from the people in the room.

Clear scope, no overreach

Each offering has a plain-language scope. We work within it. Questions outside scope are referred to the right professionals.

Your documents stay yours

Papers are never filed on your behalf, shared without consent, or held beyond the programme period. The register belongs to the family.

Paced to your household

Appointments are spaced to allow reflection between sessions. Nothing is rushed into a single sitting.

Local practitioner network

Each programme includes a curated directory of registered professionals in Johor and southern Peninsular Malaysia for onward referral.

Plain records, ready to hand over

Summaries are written in plain language so a solicitor, counsellor, or financial planner can read them without translation.

Ready to open a gate?

There is no commitment in asking. A first conversation with Kithward takes about twenty minutes and helps us understand which offering, if any, fits your household at this point in time.

Questions families ask

What exactly happens in a Neutral Agenda Session?

Before the session, the coordinator collects agenda points from each participant and assembles them into a shared written order. On the day, a ninety-minute meeting proceeds through each point in turn, with equal time allocated per person. After the session, a written record is sent to all participants showing what was discussed, what was agreed, and what remained open. The coordinator does not advise, decide, or represent anyone.

Is the Household Routines Workbook a legal document?

No. The workbook is a private household document with no formal legal standing. It is not filed with any authority, not signed as a binding agreement, and not intended to substitute for legal advice. Its purpose is to help a family write down its own day-to-day arrangements in a form everyone can read and refer back to.

How long does the Family Documentation Programme take?

The programme runs for ten weeks. Three review meetings are held during that period, spaced to give the family time to gather and organise papers between sessions. The pace is set to allow reflection rather than pressure. At the end, the family receives a bound pack and a digital copy of the indexed register.

Will Kithward give us legal or financial advice?

No. Kithward provides operational coordination, information gathering, and record organisation. We do not interpret law, provide financial projections, recommend products, or offer clinical assessment of any kind. Each programme includes a practitioner directory so families can identify the right registered professional for questions outside our scope.

Who keeps our family's documents after the programme ends?

You do. All original documents remain in the family's possession throughout. Working copies used during sessions are returned or securely deleted at programme close. The indexed register and timeline are handed to the family as their own materials, not held by Kithward.

Can we start with a smaller offering before committing to the full programme?

Yes. Many families begin with a single Neutral Agenda Session to see whether structured facilitation is useful for them, then move to the Household Routines Workbook or Documentation Programme when they feel ready. Each offering stands on its own and there is no requirement to progress to the next.
